Breakfast Carob Smoothie

Ingredients:

3 frozen chopped bananas
3/4 cup soy milk or rice milk
1 1/2 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation:

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. You can add more or less soy milk to get the consistency that you prefer.
