Tomato Soup + Brewer’s Yeast

1x28oz Can Tomato Puree
2x14oz Can Diced Italian Tomatoes
1/4Cup Basil Pesto (I used the Classico brand)
1Cup Coconut Milk Beverage, Unsweetened
3Cup Water
120g Brewer’s Yeast,
2Tbsp Vinegar (I used tarragon)
Italian seasonings, tarragon, dash stevia

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large pot over medium heat. Since the soup doesn’t really need to be cooked for preparation, I just warm it to help mix everything together. I then store it in a big tupperware and dip out 1C as required. This soup is extremely nutritious.
